Registration opens for Returning players on March 1, 2021*, and New Players on April 1, 2021- registration will close on June 30, 2021. WYF is pleased to continue with a registration system that will allow you to print all required forms and submit payment online.
*Registration opening is pending Baystate approval of COVID-19 Waiver, as soon as we have it registration will open.
The first time you log in you will need to set up a new user account. Once complete you will be able to proceed to register your child(ren). Please register your player for the grade they will enter in the Fall of 2021. Registration is not complete until you submit all forms and payment, the registration system will provide payment instructions*. The AYF forms are located at the end of the registration process when you click “checkout”.

Wellesley Youth Football (WYF) will field 6 teams in 2021 with specified roster sizes:
PRE-SEASON SKILLS CLINIC
Start the 2021 football season off right by training with WHS Head Coach and players! Skills Clinic Monday, August 9 and Tuesday, August 10, 2021 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Wellesley High School Stadium. Skills Clinic is not mandatory but highly recommended, it is an opportunity for players to fulfill some of the AYF mandatory conditioning hours. No equipment is needed, just bring water!
Practices for all teams will begin the week of August 9, 2021- Coached will email team practice schedules. Teams practice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings at the Multi-Purpose Field at the Hunnewell Sports Complex from 5:30 pm -7:30 pm.
All teams play a full complement of games home and away on Sundays within the Baystate Youth Football Conference in addition to an end of season tournament if they qualify. Home games are played at the WHS Stadium
Registration fees for the 2021 season are $575 for the first child in a family, $450 for the second child, and $350 for the third. Financial aid is available; download the Financial Assistance Application from the Documents listed under more in the top menu bar.
Costs include all necessary equipment except mouthguard, cleats, and athletic supporter/cup.
GUIDELINES FOR ALL TEAMS

*Copy of final 2021 Report Card
*Copy of Health Form dated 2021 or AYF Medical Clearance Form signed by a child's physician.

*Waitlists for closed teams will be maintained in the event that players withdraw; however, waitlist positions will not be made public.
*Should a player inquire about an available roster spot after June 30, 2021, the WYF Administrator will inquire with the coaches to see if they are willing to take on any additional players. This will be done anonymously; the potential player's name will not be disclosed to the coach.
WYF Paperwork Night - WYF will collect 2021 paperwork at CPK on Linden Street - Curbside from 5:30- 7:00 pm on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Rostered participants may withdraw from the program and are eligible for a full refund anytime before they receive their equipment. Rostered participants who have received their equipment and uniforms are eligible for a 50% refund prior to the first game in August.
NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED AFTER THE FIRST WEEKEND OF GAMES.
